Meet your hosts, Jim and Sue keating
These are my wonderful parents! They own this piece of paradise and want to share it with you. They spend half of the year there. They rent out an old house as well as my apartment with that wonderful kitchen when I’m not there. And… when I am there, I can cook for you!
Working in France is a passion
My parents are hard workers. They love walking the grounds, planting vegetables, picking all of the fruits on the property, in which there is a lot! and making confiture. You’ll have the pleasure of eating some of it during your stay!
local food is important to my parents
Here’s my dad carving up a Sisteron leg of Lamb, the best lamb in the world, at least by my standards and the rest of France’s!
Before retiring they were organic farmers in the US. They will guide you to the best sources of local foods.
